Flat carton blanks are drawn from the magazine, opened, and formed square by a rotary feeding mechanism. Products enter through the infeed conveyor and are pushed into position by servo-timed pushers — the same motion that keeps blister packs and bottles from shifting mid-cycle.
A PLC controller synchronizes every station on the cartoner, from carton forming to flap folding and sealing. The touchscreen HMI stores recipes for each carton size, so switching between the 200H and 300H's supported dimensions takes a parameter change, not a mechanical rebuild.
Sensors monitor product presence at each station: no product, no carton fed; no carton, no seal cycle. This prevents wasted cartons and catches missing products before they reach packaging.

A cartoner loads individual products into a folding carton, such as a blister pack into a pharmaceutical box. A case packer loads already-packed cartons or pouches into a larger shipping case for palletizing. The TL-CT series is a cartoner, positioned upstream of case packing and palletizing in a packaging line.
