The TL-FP-350 wraps citrus, tree fruit and delicate produce at up to 230 bags per minute, without the bruising, drops and rejects that come with rigid chain-conveyor wrappers.
A cushioned conveyor and soft feeding mechanism move oranges, lemons and other delicate fruit into the film web without pressure points or drops — packers report noticeably fewer rejected units than with rigid chain-conveyor wrappers.
Weighing, feeding, wrapping, sealing and cutting run as one continuous operation. A single operator manages the line while the system handles up to 230 packages a minute — turning packing from a seasonal bottleneck into a steady process.
The TL-FP-350 produces standard pillow bags and side-sealed pillow bags. The touchscreen HMI stores recipes for different fruit sizes and bag configurations, so switching from small lemons to large oranges takes minutes, not hours.

Apples, pears, peaches and plums move through the soft feeding system without the bruising that leads to rapid browning and customer rejection.

Kiwis, avocados, persimmons and mangoes — soft flesh under delicate skin — need the precise pressure control the TL-FP-350 provides to arrive without hidden internal damage.
Not sure the TL-FP-350 fits your specific fruit or bag size? Tell us what you're packing and we'll confirm.
Request InformationYes. The touchscreen interface stores up to 100 product recipes covering different fruit dimensions and bag sizes. Operators select a recipe and the servo system automatically adjusts film feed, bag length and sealing parameters. Recipe changeover takes 5–10 minutes, and the machine handles fruit diameters from small lemons to large oranges without mechanical modification.
The TL-FP-350 runs food-grade films including BOPP, PE and multi-layer composite films. For fresh fruit, a micro-perforated or breathable film is usually recommended over a fully sealed film, since produce continues to respire after packing — a fully airtight bag can trap moisture and accelerate spoilage. Film choice also depends on shelf-life target, retailer barcode/print requirements and local food-contact regulations; our team can recommend a film spec based on your fruit type and export destination.
The built-in date printer marks each package with production date, batch number, lot code and sequential count. Production data logs through the PLC system, so packers can generate reports for food safety audits, customer inquiries or recall management. An optional labelling module adds barcode or QR code capability for supply chain integration.
