Film forming, weighing, filling, and sealing run as one continuous, servo-synchronized cycle
Film forming
Film unwinds off the roll and wraps around the forming collar into a continuous tube.
Counting scale feed
The linear multi-head counting scale drops an exact piece count into the tube for each bag.
Precision filling
Product falls into the formed bag as the servo drive pulls film through in sync with the fill.
Servo sealing and cutting
Heated jaws seal the bag on all sides, then the blade cuts it free from the next bag in line.
Finished bag output
The sealed bag drops onto the output conveyor, ready for checkweighing or palletizing.

Certification and materials
Every part of the TL-VP-300V that touches your product is built from food-grade stainless steel. Standard machines use SUS304 on the hopper, filling tube, and forming collar, which meets contact-surface requirements for food and health supplement packaging in most export markets.
For customers shipping to markets with stricter pharmaceutical or cosmetic-grade requirements, the contact parts can be upgraded to SUS316. CE certification is available on request, and we can prepare the material and compliance documentation your buyer or customs office asks for.
Lead time and capacity
Standard TL-VP-300V machines are built to a fixed specification and kept in stock production, so most orders ship without a long wait. Machines with custom configurations, such as an added checkweigher or a full-line setup, are quoted individually once we know the scope of the order.
Running speed adjusts from 10 to 60 bags per minute depending on bag size and fill weight, and the counting scale holds accuracy from ±0.001G up to ±0.1G depending on your product. We can walk through expected output for your specific item before you place an order.

Sealing blade
Cuts and seals each bag. The part that sees the most cycles, and the one most customers reorder first.
Heating strip
Supplies the seal heat. Replace it once seal edges start coming out uneven or weak.

Timing belt
Drives film pull-down. A tension or wear check is a standard step at every maintenance visit.

Can the machine hold stable, high-speed output over long production runs?
Yes. The machine is built for large-volume, continuous industrial operation, and its high-precision servo system is designed, commissioned, and tested for long, high-speed runs. Under normal production conditions, running speed stays stable without noticeable fluctuation.
Does seal quality stay consistent at high speed?
Yes. The sealing system uses precision temperature control, with sealing and cutting driven by separate servo motors that can be finely tuned to different film materials. Even at high speed, this keeps seals strong and even, reducing the risk of leaks, scorching, or weak seals.
How long does it take to change over to a different product spec or bag format?
Most standard changeovers take 10 to 30 minutes, depending on product size. The machine is designed for fast changeover, needing only a few tools and simple adjustment points.
