A filled carton enters the machine already bottom-sealed, and folding guides and a tape head close and seal the top seam as it travels through — no operator handling the box in between.
The tape head adjusts across a continuous 48–72 mm range, so switching between tape widths for lighter and heavier cartons doesn't mean swapping equipment — just resetting the head.

Side guides and top rollers set the running width and height across the full 180–550 mm and 120–480 mm ranges, so a size change is a guide adjustment rather than a retool. Side belts keep the carton square and moving at a steady pace through the folding and taping stations, which is what keeps the top seam straight and fully sealed whether the carton is at the small or large end of the size range.

The carton sealer is built to sit right after a cartoning or filling step and hand off a fully top-sealed carton to whatever comes next.
Further upstream, the TL-CT-200C is what forms the carton in the first place — opening, squaring, and bottom-sealing each flat blank so it arrives at the filling and cartoning step already erected. Running it ahead of the TL-CT-200H / 300H and this sealer means nobody's hand-building boxes anywhere in the line, from flat blank to sealed carton.
Once the TL-CT-200H / 300H loads product into the carton and folds the top flaps closed, the carton moves straight into this sealer's infeed. Side belts drive it through the folding guides and tape head, and it comes out the other end fully sealed — no operator taping boxes by hand between the two machines.
