Soontact designs, manufactures, and supplies packaging machinery including but not limited to flow wrapping machines, stick pack machines, vertical form fill seal machines, cartoning machines, case packers, and palletizing systems. Product specifications, images, and descriptions on the Website are for general informational purposes and may differ from actual products. We reserve the right to modify product designs and specifications without prior notice.
All quotations provided by Soontact are valid for a period specified in the quotation document, typically 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and other factors beyond our control.
An order is considered accepted only upon written confirmation from Soontact. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders where pricing errors have occurred or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
All prices quoted are in the currency specified and exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and other fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are based on Ex Works (EXW) or FOB terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in individual sales contracts or proforma invoices. Typical payment terms require a deposit before production commences and the balance before shipment. We accept payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T) and other methods as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed shipment, order cancellation, or additional charges.
Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as specified in individual contracts. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms.
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, production schedules, and other factors. Soontact is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, and government actions.
Buyers should inspect goods upon receipt and report any visible damage or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. Claims for concealed damage must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Soontact warrants that machinery manufactured by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment or as otherwise specified in the sales contract. The warranty covers replacement or repair of defective parts at our discretion.

To submit a warranty claim, contact us with detailed information about the defect, including photographs and videos where applicable. We may require the defective part to be returned for inspection before processing warranty claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soontact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, production, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Soontact or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The Soontact name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Soontact. Unauthorized use of any trademarks is prohibited.

Soontact shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under any contract due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, epidemics, pandemics, power failures, or supply chain disruptions.
The Terms and any contracts between Soontact and buyers shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to the Terms or our products and services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Guangzhou, China, and proceedings shall be conducted in Chinese or English as agreed by the parties.
If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable sales contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soontact regarding the use of the Website and our products and services.
